Director, Screenwriter, Cinematographer

I was born in 1995, in Verona (Italy), and cinema has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I used to climb onto the living room cabinet just to reach the VHS tapes hidden behind a cupboard door — everything from cartoons to classics. That’s where I discovered Star Wars and The Matrix. It was the moment cinema stopped being just entertainment and became something I wanted to understand and eventually make.

When I was fourteen, I decided to make a film. I didn’t know what I was doing — no script, no structure, just me, my family’s camera, and my classmates as actors. What was supposed to be a “feature film” turned into a fourteen-minute short. It was chaotic, but it was my first real step.

For years, I focused on music, writing rap lyrics and shooting videos for my own songs. That’s where the camera became part of my daily life. Later, while working in a factory and talking about cinema every day with a co-worker, I realized it had always been there with me. It didn’t feel like I chose this path — it felt like it chose me.

I started taking filmmaking seriously. I wrote and shot more than twenty short films — my personal film school, since I never attended a traditional one. Watching my early work, I understood something was missing visually, so I immersed myself in cinematography. Experiment after experiment, I turned that process into a career, shooting commercials, music videos, short documentaries, and dance films.

In 2023, I wrote and co-directed The Broken Match, presented at the 13th edition of the FiPiLi Horror Festival, where it won Best Makeup–Special Effects in the Thriller category. In 2024, I wrote and directed Notturna, currently on the festival circuit.

I keep learning by doing. I’m now writing my first feature film and pushing every project further than the last. My goal isn’t repetition — it’s growth, discovery, and finding new ways to tell stories through images.
